Chair Yoga (Air Studio)

Chair yoga is an accessible movement class using the chair for seated exercises and as a balancing prop in standing poses. This class is great for anyone who has difficulty getting down on the mat, has pain when on hands and knees, or is looking for a gentle introduction to stretching & strengthening in safe positions. (No need to get down on a mat!) Mindfulness and breathing techniques are also incorporated for stress reduction.
