Mindful Mamas Wellness & Life Skills Group

Connect with other mindful mamas in your journey through Motherhood. These groups will consisted of structured education and experiential activities to provide you with real life skills for pregnancy and the transition into motherhood. Topics may include holistic stress management, values and roles changes, life hacks for home management, and work/life balance after baby. Babies are welcome to join mamas!
