Come together for a moderate paced yoga practice to center yourself, breathe, and relax! Julie’s class focuses intentionally on building community, strength, and flexibility as well as an awesome guided relaxation. Modifications will be cued to assure that the practice compliments the experienced yogi and fit beginners.
