This class infuses a gentle yoga flow sequence with Spring Forest Qigong techniques to re-energize the mind, body & energy systems. Focus will be on linking our movements to breath, creating graceful and lengthened body postures, and balancing the chakra system based on chinese medicine principles. All levels class. Beginners welcome.
