6:00pm-7:00pm

A mindful meditation with live music! Participants will relax in zero-gravity chairs while guided through a meditation. The majority of the meditation will be through the connection with music and lyrics of the songs performed. Music can speak to our soul in ways words cannot; So sit back, listen with your soul, and feel your body relax!
