Yoga with Joan Lindholm

“Over ten years ago I stepped into my first yoga class and absolutely loved how I felt when class was done – relaxed, calm and alert. I not only sensed more freedom in my joints, but in my spirit as well. I decided to pass this on to others. My special interest is helping people maintain their mobility and flexibility as they age. (A natural extension of my nursing career). I design my classes to move all the major joints as well as stretch and strengthen the muscles supporting these joints through gentle movement and poses. I also teach Gentle Yoga and Adaptive Chair yoga for Seniors.”
